Champagne - Mumm

G.H. Mumm's red sash symbolises energy, passion...and party!

100 wines from different villages around the Champagne region are blended together to create this cuvee which is pinot noir dominant at 45% and balanced with 30% chardonnay and the remainder at 25% pinot meunier.

This cuvee shows all stellar qualities of the 2012 vintage which is the base of the current release of Cordon Rouge in Australia. Flavours include crunchy apple, hints of toast, delivering a full bodied but fresh flavour. This champagne is the perfect party pairing.
