Little Miss Flowers is dedicated to providing high-quality floral arrangements and exceptional service. Please review our product and order policies to understand how we manage substitutions, fees, and delivery requirements.
1. Substitution Policy
While we strive to match product images on our website, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or supply issues. In these cases, we will:
- Substitute flowers with those of similar type, colour, and value to maintain the look and quality of the arrangement.
- Ensure that the arrangement’s overall shape, size, and colour scheme match the order description as closely as possible.
Substitutions are made with care to ensure the final product reflects the quality and aesthetic shown on our website.
2. Fees and Charges
Delivery fees are based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Here are our current rates:
- City + Surrounding Suburbs: $18
- Palmerston + Outer Darwin: $29.90
- Howard Springs: $55
- Coolalinga: $65
- Humpty Doo: $75
These fees cover delivery to various suburbs and are subject to adjustment based on distance. For any re-deliveries due to incorrect address information, additional fees may apply.
Note: All product prices and delivery fees will be itemised in your cart at checkout.
3. Incorrect and Incomplete Addresses
To avoid delivery delays, please double-check that all address information is accurate and complete. If you identify an error post-purchase, contact us immediately. Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required or if replacement items are necessary due to an incorrect address.
4. Delivery of Orders Containing Alcohol
Orders that include alcohol require an adult signature upon delivery. Alcohol orders cannot be left unattended, and if no one is available to accept the order, it will be returned to our shop for collection. Please make sure someone will be present to receive alcohol deliveries.
5. Dog Safety Policy
We love pets, but the safety of our delivery team is a top priority. If a delivery driver feels unsafe due to an unsecured dog on the premises, we may be unable to complete the delivery. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time or location.
