Orders may be cancelled if the cancellation request is made before the order has been dispatched for delivery. If the request is made after the order has already been handed over to the courier, we may be unable to cancel the order. In this case, a delivery fee may still apply.

  • Quality Concerns: If there is a problem with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We ask that you provide a photo of the product so we can assess the issue and take corrective action.
  • Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, alternative arrangement, or another solution of equal value.

3. Refunds

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review any issues that arise regarding our products or services. Refunds may be issued if we determine that the product or service was below our quality standards.
