1. Shipping Regions and Availability
We offer shipping within the Darwin CBD and surrounding areas. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship outside of these designated areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to a particular location, please contact us for clarification.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will appear in your cart at checkout. Rates vary by suburb:
- City + Surrounding Suburbs: $18
- Palmerston + Outer Darwin: $29.90
- Howard Springs: $55
- Coolalinga: $65
- Humpty Doo: $75
Additional fees may apply if re-delivery is required due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
3. Shipping Timelines
For orders placed by 11:30 am, same-day delivery is available within our designated shipping regions. Deliveries are made between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, six days a week. Deliveries to businesses and schools are prioritised to ensure they arrive before the close of business hours.
4. Courier Services Used
Little Miss Flowers only uses our own dedicated delivery team for all deliveries. This allows us to ensure that every order is handled with care, timeliness, and personalised attention, maintaining our high-quality standards from our store to your door.
5. Special Shipping Conditions
- Authority to Leave (ATL): If requested, you may authorise us to leave your package unattended at the recipient’s location without a signature. We will only leave packages in safe and protected areas.
- Alcohol Deliveries: Orders containing alcohol require an adult signature upon delivery and cannot be left unattended.
- Recipient Not at Home: If no one is available to receive the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions for pick-up, or re-delivery can be arranged.
